Shipping Policy

1. Local Delivery — Burnley & Darwen

If you're in Burnley (BB11-2, 3, 4, 5) or Darwen (BB3-1, 2, 3), local delivery is completely free and is applied automatically at checkout when we recognise your postcode. We drop these off ourselves rather than using a courier.

2. UK-Wide Shipping

For everywhere else in the UK, we ship by tracked courier. Shipping is free on orders over £50. Below that, a shipping charge applies and is calculated automatically at checkout based on your order.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Times

We operate Monday to Saturday and are closed on Sundays. Orders placed before 10am on a day we're open go out same-day; orders placed after 10am go out the next day we're open.

In practice, that means an order placed after 10am on a Saturday, or at any time on a Sunday, won't go out until the following Monday — we don't process or dispatch orders on Sundays.

4. Missed Local Drop-offs

For local Burnley & Darwen deliveries, if we can't securely deliver or clear your package on the first attempt, we'll try again the next day we're operating. If that timing doesn't work for you, just get in touch and we'll sort out a better time.

5. Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived when expected, or you're missing tracking information, contact us at info@backonsale.co.uk with your order number and we'll chase it up for you.
